Big Molly Bears...

We are so proud of Molly Bears....Molly is my sister's little girl...she is 7. Just over the past couple of weeks Molly has had her violin recital and her ballet recital to which she had a complete fan club in attendance. We first attended her violin recital. Molly started taking violin in the fall at our church, Bellevue Baptist Church . There is always something going on and something to do at our church....with 30,000 members, it is like a community! Anyway, here are a couple of pictures and then there is a video at the bottom...not sure why it did that, but it is down there.

What a sweet girl!

Then it was time for ballet/dance recital...Anna was in awe of all the costumes and fancy hairdo's...she gets into that stuff! Here's Molly dancing in her "Elvis" costume....she did really good!

Oh and then of course we had to get tons of pictures with the Superstar. Samuel and Anna chose a rose to take to Molly after the recital was over....Samuel really wanted to give it to her before she even danced....Samuel and Anna get really excited about giving to others...I pray that they keep that "gift" of giving and enjoy giving.

And pictures with Pa and Na....

And pictures with Aunt Peas...well that is what Molly calls me and we are not sure why...that has been my name for a few years now....

Couldn't resist a goofy face shot....typical day...

And then the violin recital video...this was all the students up there together, playing all at the same time....it was incredible! We are so proud of Molls....for those of you that do not know...Molly has an injury. When she was born, it was discovered that she possibly had a stroke. Of course it was not noticeable until she was about 6 months old and trying to sit up by herself....Amy noticed that she would lean to her right side and fall over. After testing and brain scans, the scans showed the appearance of an old stroke. Molly's right side was "injured" but she has come a long way. She has endured much pain to be only 7...she has had many botox injections in her arm and leg, has had a couple of surgeries on both, and has therapy as well. She has come a long way and we are so proud of her. She lets the light of Jesus shine through her and does not allow her injury to slow her down....if we could all live with no complaints....we truly have NO reason to complain. We sure do love you Molly Bug and we are proud of you......
